General Information:

* The license fee is per CRI - "Concurrent Runnable Instance"
Usually, one license should be purchased for each printer. If you have more than one printer, but will use only one at a time, then you may buy one license for the highest printer. Licenses can "float" on a network to any CPU that drives a printer. Also, printing for multiple users on a network is supported at no extra cost, as is printing from remote PC's and Mac's via third-party software packages.

Maintenance that is two (2) or more years out of date can be renewed as an "Out of Maintenance Upgrade. Please email us or call our sales department for a quote.

Vividata offers a variety of discounts including:
-Personal/home use discount.
-Multiple license discounts. Multiple products can be counted together to qualify for discounts.
-Educational (including university site license) discounts
-Corporate site licenses
Discounts do not apply to media and documentation (which are optional).

Special License Discount Pricing:

PShop (the product formerly known as PostShop), ScanShop, and OCR Shop are available in 3 customer price categories.

1. Corporate, Government, and other organizations:
Discounts for quantity, and enterprise and site licenses are available. Please request a quote for quantity 10 - 10,000 or more licenses.

Updates, Upgrades and Support:
Corporate licensees get free access to Web support resources. Updates and Upgrades are included and Email and 2 telephone support cases with annual-paid maintenance. License key change fees are waived under effective maintenance.

2. Eligible Not-for Profit and Educational users:
For state and non-profit charitable organizations and health research institutes, universities and colleges, and 501c3 organizations we offer a 50% discount off our Corporate license fees. Discounts for quantity, and enterprise and site licenses are available.

Payment Terms: Payment may be by purchase order, credit card, check or money order. P.O.'s will be accepted on Net30 day terms.

Updates, Upgrades and Support:
Not-for-profit licensees may access minor updates and web support resources for no charge. Major version upgrades are provided under the products' Support and Maintenance at standard Corporate pricing. Email and 2 telephone support cases are included with maintenance. License key change fees are waived under effective maintenance.

3. Personal licenses are offered to individuals at greatly reduced prices. To qualify as a Personal User you must be an individual or student who will use the software at home - such as for your education, hobby, entertainment, or family computing - but not for professional work.

Payment Terms: Payment must be by credit card, check or money order received prior to the issuance of a non-expiring key. Purchase orders may not be used.

Personal License Updates, Upgrades and Support:
Personal license customers may download free minor updates when available. Major upgrades to new versions of the software will be available for a fee. A Personal License includes access to free web support resources, but not email or telephone support. However, for the Personal editions, email or telephone support is available for purchase separately at $100 per three support incidents. License key changes are not included and units must be repurchased.

Discounts do not apply to media and documentation.
